Certificate in Integrated Disability Management
Why this program is needed
Organizations become interested in disability management as a result of increased disability claim rates and costs. Initial Disability Management Programs are reactive in nature; the more mature Disability Management Programs recognize that disability management is most effective when integrated and embedded into the strategies and culture of an organization. Like with any other business function, competent professionals and practitioners are needed to govern, steward and lead the Integrated Disability Management Program. Through the use of a systematic and formalized learning approach, this program addresses disability management theory, strategies, and industry practice. It enables the participant to attain the knowledge, skills, tools, and practical application experience for succeeding as a Disability Management Program practitioner.
For whom is this program designed
Our Certificate in Integrated Disability Management is designed for Nurses, Human Resources and Personnel Managers, Health Services, Insurance Providers - Workers' Compensation and private insurers, Union Leaders, and Business Managers interested in advancing their careers.
