Welcome to the Sandermoen School of Business. At Sandermoen our mission is to get you and your company ahead, and keep you ahead, now and for the entire span of your professional career. Whether you’d like to take a course, certificate or advanced degree, we provide the managerial and leadership education you need, with a virtual campus that goes where you go. Using a combination of state-of-practice digital and social media, we provide a fully online professional development experience.  At times you will work “live” in a real-time interactive virtual classroom with your professors and fellow students, at times you will work at your own pace, in your own space – all while being linked to a professional network that is reaching across national boundaries and around the world.

At Sandermoen, we focus on the essence of Leadership for personal and corporate success. Absolutely, we recognize the importance of managing the day-to-day operations of an organization to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency, and the pressures to do so are only getting greater. However, an organization needs much more than that for long-term survival. In today’s rapidly-evolving world, those who wish to join a company’s leadership team must greatly expand their ability to see the major global forces at play, to understand the opportunities and risks such forces present, and to re-shape their company and its offerings accordingly. At Sandermoen, we focus on two leadership themes, Global Leadership, and Corporate New Venture Leadership, that are both relevant and imperative.
